As well as preventative and corrective maintenance we are also able to offer the following services.
Application Support  
We provide applications advice for the range of equipment supported to ensure customers can easily get fit-for-purpose data from their equipment.

The teams support ranges from answering simple questions to completing fully validated projects to help customers produce verifiable data.

Calibration
We are pleased to be able to offer a UKAS accredited Validation Service. We are able to Validate your UV Wavelength and Photometric Filters, as well as Polystyrene films used in the Validation of your IR instrumentation. 
Decommission and Removal
When your instrument comes to the end of their life they may require careful disposal, especially if they contain radioactive sources or standards. We offer a full service where we collect and remove, then carefully decommission the instrument, aiming to re-use and re-cycle as many of the components as possible whilst complying with all environmental regulation for safe disposal of any remaining materials.
Instrument Relocation 
Lab moves can often be a complicated task, delicate instrument often require decommissioning to avoid any damage during transit. We offer a full decom/recom service where one of our specialist engineers will come to sit to test, dismantle and prepare for transport. They can them move the equipment to its new location and carry out any unpacking or cleaning along with more testing and any service actions required to bring it back to full functionality.
Validation  
We provide a range of validation services for supported equipment. Each validation can be tailored to meet specific regulatory requirements; however typically falls into the following categories: 
• Installation Qualification (IQ) - verifies correct installation and configuration of a system in the end user environment 
• Operational Qualification (OQ) - verifies the correct functioning of a system to the manufacturers prerequisite requirements
• Performance Qualification (PQ) or Verification (PV) – verifies the correct functioning of a system to the customers prerequisite requirements

Training 
We provide a range of training services for supported equipment. Training can be tailored to meet the needs of the client; however typically falls into the following categories:
• User training – hands on training completed on the system, demonstrating to the users how to easily get fit-for-purpose data. Ideal when previous experience is not available. 
• Theory training – A combination of hands on user training and scientifically useful theory training designed to help users get fit-for purpose data with sound scientific reasoning. Ideal for regulated companies.
